MKC Food is a Harrogate based company with a commitment to providing delicious food served in a chic, contemporary way, with attention to detail, served by friendly attractive staff. MKC delivers in all aspects of Event Catering, no matter what the scale of the job; the process is always the same.
It starts at 5am – hand selecting the best of local produce available, having suppliers who know the standards of quality at the very highest level, and then preparing on our 3000sqft production kitchen by our creative seasoned no-nonsense chefs.
Then onto logistics... Having already inspected the site, your party hire arrives 24hrs before the event where system checks take place to ensure everything is correct and working perfectly. MKC has a fleet of vehicles to cover all eventualities from a 3.5 tonne heavy lifting wagon, fridge trailers and city vans to a Land Rover 4x4 for those muddy field days.
Event Day…. Your service staff will set your room ensuring everything is clean, polished and crisp. The refrigerated food arrives in plenty of time and is subsequently cooked to perfection and served by our fantastic team of bar and service staff.
