I photograph a wedding quietly and unobtrusively, crafting documentary images that are a beautiful and honest record of a wedding day from bridal preparations through to the evening celebrations. My challenge and satisfaction as a photojournalist is to find and capture moments without directing events around me, providing a real insight into who you are and how much everyone enjoyed your wedding day.
The personality in my wedding imagery comes from a passion for producing emotive and atmospheric images of real people in real situations. Couple this with a post-production vision that provides the tonal range and the feel of a hand printed image from film and you have a photographic style that will be as fresh in years to come as it is now.
My friendly and professional manner and service is backed up by over 20 years working as a photographer with a privileged career that has seen me work at an international level and be published worldwide, photographing both summer and winter Olympics and tennis Grand Slams around the world including my favourite, Wimbledon. My images have been showcased in exhibitions and newspapers such as The Guardian, The Independent and the London Evening Standard and I have been commissioned by magazines such as Elle, Country Life and Country Living. I am also a select member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association which represents the most discerning wedding photojournalist talent around the world.
