Style - There are thousands of styles to choose from look through as many sources as you can, magazines, bakers portfolios, online. remember you can also design your own.

Flavour - You don't just want your cake to look good it needs to taste good. there are so many options when it comes down to fillings from plain sponge, fruit cake, and chocolate cake to mane but a few. The options are endless, also remember you could have the different tiers with different fillings. For something completely different, for those without a sweet tooth, you can now get cheese cakes made up from rounds of your favourite cheeses. Nobody said your cake had to be sweet,

This can be a very cost effective or last minute alternative, or have the cheese cake as an addition along side the more traditional cake.

 

Most bakers require you to place your order at least a couple of months in advance. So don't leave choosing the wedding cake till the last minute.
