Our Wedding Fairs are organised in the finest of Venues, from luxury 4* Hotels to grand Stately Homes and Castles. We organise well planned and executed wedding fairs in an environment that compliments your company and brand. Our Wedding Fairs are designed, styled, interactive and informative for all concerned. Your company information will be detailed in an Exhibitor Booklet in our VIP Gift Bags to further promote you to our Brides, Grooms & Visitors attending each Fair. We work with our Venues preferred suppliers, in the first instance as well as our own Approved Suppliers and have excellent links with local wedding suppliers. We limit the amount of wedding suppliers in each category to 10% in order to allow competition but not to overwhelm a category.
How we promote You
We use a diverse range of media to promote not only The Wedding Affair but also our events & suppliers including; local press, radio, leaflet distribution, magazines, banners, social media and online wedding directories. We have over 130,000 social media followers across a wide range of platforms and over 750 thousand hits to our website monthly. Through our social media giant WeddingHour we reach over 20 million Twitter followers every Wednesday evening between 9-10pm.
